Flannel Background specializes in booking extras and background talent, and we’d love to offer you the opportunity to join our roster. As part of Flannel, you’ll be considered for a variety of exciting projects across commercials, television series, films, and more.


What You Can Expect if You Join

You will sign the following:
  • Agency Contract
  • Check Authorization
  • W9
These documents allow us to represent you and process payments on your behalf. The check authorization form enables production payments to be routed through our agency when applicable.​


You Will Need to:
  • Create a Profile
You’ll set up a free profile in our database, which we use to manage submissions and communicate booking opportunities.
To ensure your profile is ready for submission, please include:
  • Contact Information: Phone number, email, and full address
  • ​Sizes: Complete all sizing details as thoroughly as possible
 
  • Have a Current Headshot
Professional quality not required, but your face must be clearly visible, well lit, shoulders up, against a plain/neutral background.

Please note: there is a fee to replace your photo later, so choose one you’ll be comfortable using for an extended period.


How We Work

  • Commission-Based Agency
There are no fees to join
  • Payment is issued once funds are received from production, less Flannel’s commission
  • If you are paid directly through payroll, you will still owe commission to Flannel (an invoice will be sent to you)
